A man who kicked a police officer, tearing his bicep tendon, has been sentenced to nine months in jail. Randy Fuller, 28, was drunk and unco-operative when three police officers had to carry him down the stairs of the Gilmour Street apartment he shared with his girlfriend on June 14.
