Ontario’s Special Investigations Unit has cleared an Ottawa police officer involved in a crash on Hunt Club Road last month that seriously injured an Ottawa woman. The crash occurred during a police chase on the night of Sept. 18 that began when the officer saw a car westbound on Hunt Club accelerate through amber light.
