警察告票

今天在DOWNTOWN收到一警察告票，原因：STOP SIGN 没完全停死。
警察就躲在街后， 。当时情况：自己对该街不熟，见到停牌晚了，赶紧减速，但确没停死就过线，随即被拦。罚金$110。准备上诉。

请教有经验网友，上诉获胜机会大吗？忘了问警察是否扣点。不知要不要扣点?

Under law of highway. It seems that i will lost 3 points. But i will try to appeal. Hopefully, the police is not in the court that day.

各位大哥在每个STOP SIGN 都完全停死吗？
我一般的习惯是车多的地方完全停死，像在小区里只是慢一点而已，做个样子。这。。。这要紧吗？

The guy said"Stop sign means complete stop. Drive safely." before he gave me the ticket.

So please stop before every stop sign. This good habit will help you to drive safely and avoid any unnecessary tickets.
