Ottawa took to our first-ever flash-mob picnic like ants to a gingham blanket. Harvest Noir was attended by roughly 750 people dressed in their finest retro black. The secret site ended up being a picturesque spot outside the Canadian Museum of Civilization in Gatineau, right along the banks of the Ottawa River and across from Parliament Hill.
