It took a jury less than eight hours to find an Ottawa man who plowed through five cyclists as they rode single file in a bike lane guilty of dangerous driving and failing to stop at the scene of the collision. Sommit Luangpakham sat silently as the jury foreperson repeated 10 times the word “guilty.”
