Membership Card renewal for 2012
OCCHC is an idea place for activities, The Recreation Club of OCCHC has held many kinds of activities such as improving health and well being, entertainment, cultural exchange, promoting friendship and disseminating Chinese culture,
The Club membership is valid for the calendar year. The current 2011 membership card will expire soon on December 31, 2011. You are requested to renew your membership card for the year 2012.
1. OCCHC Recreation Club membership rules
Anyone can become a member of the Club. Members must comply with the rules and regulations of the Club and pay the annual membership fee. Each member can choose the activities that they wish to participate in. New immigrants and visitors are welcome.
2. Membership Rules for 2012:
a. The new membership card is valid from
2012. 01.01 to 2012. 12. 31.
b. the standard of the membership fee:
the membership fee for seniors aged 60 and up will only be $25.00.
Non seniors (members under 60 years of age) pay an additional $25.00 activity fee.
for non-member to participate in activities:
seniors aged 60 years and over will pay $2.00 for each activity
Non member seniors under 60 years of age will pay
$4.00 for each activity
c. The membership fee is annual fee. There will be no
reduction in the fee due to any absence during
scheduled club activities. There is no recreational
program activity on statutory holidays.
d. members can participate in all Club activities with
their membership card.
e. to apply for a new membership, you will need to fill out a membership application form with your correct Chinese and English name. ( your English name
must match your valid ID ).
f. existing membership cards will be expired on Dec. 31, 2011, the new membership card will start to come into effect on Jan. 01, 2012. please renew your membership fee with the person in charge in the
activity you would like to join.
New members can join at any time.
