Please help,hoe to applay for my son

<HTML>My husband and I have landed for nearly nine months. We didn't bring my son together, because we worried about our future. My son's visa is overdue and I returned it to HK .embassy 7 months ago. My husband got a job 6 months ago, and we thought it is time to bring my son here. But we don't know how to apply.

We have filled sponsor form. Do we need fill family class form? and anything else? Which city we send the form to is best, I mean will be quick.

I hope the people here who has the experience to help us, we thanks a lot.

<HTML>My case is similar. When I asked Citizenship and Immigration Canada call center for this, they told me that to sponsor a family member to immigrate, I have to, at least, work in Canada for 12 months.

It seems this rule has not been so strict. Anybody can
shed some light on this? </HTML>
