我无比小仓过夜,也许高开低走! 但我们不用猜,看盘面一目了然!

I took some RIMM over night, it is the only one i did not make money today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:(

I do think BTU, NFLX and GMCR is a good swing candidate. But i prefer buy in the DIP, then sell it on the rally.HEHE.

Some thought:
Shorting BIDU, covering SINA's short, buy back NFLX, add some more RIMM on the way down, missed BTU around 36 (pain!!!!!!!!!), LULU, SODA, long DANG and RENN.

But will depend on how market react to the news. I expect massive pull back if dapan open right at 1260! It might. :)

Upper Range Intact

Upper Range Intact

Impressive action today

S&P’s tested the old resistance of 1220-1227 early this morning and held very well. (1221 was the low on the session)
I was hoping to see the 1210-1212 area get tested, which is the 25% Fibonacci retracement. ( but market held above this)
It’s hard to sink your teeth into much at these levels as this market has a lot to prove in this is upper zone!
As hard as it to get into a tier 2 or 3 long- It’s much harder to be a stubborn short (even though it seems cool to be a Bear- misery loves company)

Industrials – Refiners- and banks all holding in well and gaining relative strength. Goldman Sachs (GS) even triggered some bullish follow through above 104.75

Tonight we get more info out of Europe- if they can’t sell this market off when there is little clarity again, bears will really be on the ropes.

The longer we hold above 1190-1210 S&P the greater the probability we see the higher end of our 4th Quarter 1250-1300 target met.

*Disclosure: Scott J Redler is long SPY XLF GE JPM AAPL NFLX
Scott Redler traded AMZN BIDU SINA.

I also traded those stocks.

10-26-2011 Outlook
------------------------------------------------------------
US stocks continued to move up today (Wednesday) on expectations the European Union will support Greece and other countries on a debt relief plan. Late in the day before regular market closed, headlines came out that the EU will quadruple their commitment to over $1.0
trillion in an attempt to contain the debt problems starting with Greece, Italy, Spain and Portugal.

In the short-term it looks like the markets are accepting this financial plan and stocks are likely to continue trending upward until the next news event which could be weeks away. Earnings reports have not been overly impressive but the absence of the number one fear
should create an environment for more buying.

The Dow30 was up 1.39%, Nasdaq Composite was up
0.46%, the S&P 500 was up 1.05%, and the Russell 2000
was up 1.89%. The CBOE Volatility Index which is a gauge
used to measure fear in the market place was down 7.3%.
In earnings news, AMZN, Amazon.com was down 12.6%
Wednesday after reporting weak earnings during after market
hours Tuesday. BA, Boeing was up 4.4% after announcing
strong earnings and a better than expected outlook.
S, Sprint was down 7% after mention in their earnings report
that more subscribers than expected were lost.
XOM, Exxon Mobil, AET, Aetna, TWC, Time Warner Cable, BIDU, Baidu, CVX, Chevron, and MRK, Merck are just a few of
the more notable companies scheduled to release earnings the remainder of this week.
In economic news, Durable Orders rose 1.7% in September which was better than expected and the largest increase in six
months. New Home Sales came in at 313K, which was better than the 300K expected and helped lift home builder stocks.
TOL, Toll Brothers was up 1.4%, KBH, KB Homes was up 3.1%, DHI, DR Horton was up 1.9%, and PHM, Pulte Homes
was up 2.4%. Also, weekly mortgage applications were up slightly last week.
V, Visa reported earnings during after market hours Wednesday that beat expectations. Revenue, however, fell short of
expectations and shares were down just over 2% during after-market trading. Also, F, Ford was down 7% Wednesday after
reporting an increase in revenue but a small quarterly loss.
In other news:
FSLR, First Solar rebounded 6.5% after Tuesday's big sell off following news that CEO Rob Gillette was leaving.

Scalp of the day from Trading Room

做了一下功课,看了下月线图,吓一跳,牛!!!!!!!!!! Monthly chart is a outside month, very very powerful and bullish.

Stepping back and reviewing the hourly chart patterns, the indices started out the day with a gap up, but then hit resistance and immediately collapsed sharply with the Nasdaq 100 falling from 2355 down to 2291 before rebounding to 2335 at close. The S&P 500 dropped from an earlier high of 1243 down to 1222 only to snap back to 1246 and change before the close at 1242 even.

It was a solid snapback day at the end of the day as key support levels were tested successfully.

Let's see how it goes tomorrow.

GLW info

In the "Executive Decision" segment, Cramer spoke with Jim Flaws, CFO of Corning (GLW_), whose stock just delivered a six-cent-a-share earnings beat on a 29% rise in revenues along with raised guidance. Corning also announced a 50% increase in its dividend and a stock buyback program.

Flaws said that inventories have finally bottomed in the company's display business and he's seeing strong retail demand for televisions in every region of the world. Corning's fiber optic business has also been building and is now the strongest its been in 10 years, he said. Flaws also said that there's strong growth in China, which is now the largest market for televisions in the world.

When asked about the dividend and buyback program, Flaws said that Corning is a constant cash flow generator and the dividend is something it has planned for awhile. The buyback, he said, is the company's way of saying that shares are undervalued. He has also personally made a similar commitment, buying shares on the open market.

Turning to new products, he said that its gorilla glass product will triple this year, while at its North Carolina fiber optic plant, Corning is pioneering new technology and is hiring new workers.

Cramer said he's never been more confident in recommending Corning than he is right now.

Customer Loyalty Abounds

In his second "Executive Decision" segment, Cramer spoke with Ron Shaich, founder and executive chairman of Panera Bread (PNRA_), which delivered a three- cent-a-share earnings beat on a 21% pop in revenues. Same-store sales rose 6% and Panera delivered better-than-expected guidance going forward.

Shaich said that customers keep coming back to Panera and are responding to its food and its loyalty program. He said the company's media is working and its operations are also starting to make a difference. Shaich also noted that thanks to record low real estate and developments costs, Panera is opening some of the strongest stores it's ever opened.

Shaich said that investors shouldn't analyze Panera over any given quarter, but should look at the long term, where the company has seen growth in 13 of its past 14 quarters. He said the company has a sustainable business model and one with many years of growth ahead.

When asked about rising commodity prices, Shaich said that value doesn't mean cheap, it means getting a lot for your money. He said that Panera customers are willing to pay reasonable prices, which is why the company was able to offset all of its rising food costs.

Shaich concluded by saying that Panera remains committed to its stock buyback program. The company is about half way through its $600 million repurchase authorization and uses any opportunities in its share price to buy back more.

Cramer said companies like Panera and Chipotle have over thing in common, customers love them, and so does he.
