New rules curtail animal rehab centres

The operator of a former wildlife rehabilitation centre says Ontario is making it almost impossible to care for, and release, injured and orphaned wildlife. Donna DuBreuil used to take in about 1,200 urban squirrels, raccoons, skunks and other mammals each year, most of them babies whose mothers are killed or trapped and relocated in the spring.
