Blair Road off-ramp reopened after Friday afternoon truck rollover

The Blair Road off-ramp from Highway 174 finally reopened late Friday night, more than eight hours after a cement truck rolled over during the afternoon commute. The rollover happened at about 3:35 p.m. Police said the driver, a man in his 30s, wasn’t trapped but needed the help of firefighters to get out of the overturned truck.
