Cyclist struck in early hours in serious condition

A cyclist was taken to hospital in serious condition after being struck by a pickup truck in the Dynes and Fisher area early on Saturday morning. The call came in at about 2:40 a.m. When paramedics arrived, they found a 21-year-old man who had suffered significant leg, head and facial injuries.
