Brampton trial of Ottawa man ends after murder of Graham Thomas

The criminal intimidation trial of an Ottawa man was thrown out of court here on Monday after a key defence witness — Graham Thomas — was killed in an apparent gang-style hit last week at a Gloucester shopping mall. Thomas was scheduled to give testimony in the trial of Jeffrey Latimer Monday.
