刚看到MPAC的估房面积比builder的要多出125平方尺，怎么会呢？Builder说他们是按照他们的标准建房的。

The structure measurement we have on file is an exterior measurement of your house. In other words, if you were to measure around the outside of your house with a tape measure, that is the measurement we would use, not including any attached garage, deck or porch.

This may be different from your structure floor plan, which may reflect the interior or room to room measurement.
