Of course, Quebec Class 5 is better,
1. car insurance is low, full cover around $800-1000.but you need to be quebec residence
2. G2 can directly transfer to Class 5( same as G in Ont),but you need to hold Class 5 at lease two years when you move back to ONT and change to G, you don't need to take G road test.
3. big problem is you need to get your G2 before move to Quebec, else you have to take write test of quebec and waitting 1 year for road test.
