Councillors to have final say on Plasco deal

Ottawa’s top manager has struck a deal with Rod Bryden’s garbage-to-energy company to take city trash and will be bringing the deal to councillors for examination, says the chair of city council’s environment committee. any to be paid to dispose of a significant proportion of Ottawa’s municipal waste.
