U have to check ur servey got from Laywer. There should have ur lot info.

Thanks for your link. I have document that shows the same size for my lot but my question is how they measure the lot size. Is it possible they got the wrong size for my lot? Is there anyway to get a official third party measurement for my lot? Thanks

You are lucky
my frontage measurement in city document is 2 feet short than builder's advertised lot width. I questioned the builder, they sent me a quite lengthy explanation, but for short, both numbers are right you may be able to hire a land survey comany to redo the measurement, but the price tag might be big(just guessing,never did this before) and FYI each lot's frontage width is different, even it's all sold as 35 feet lot, in your case. The question is, if you have proved you get a narrower lot than builder supposed to sell you, what are you going to do with it next? It's not like they put a kitchen drawer in a wrong location that they can relocate it for you or give you some compensation for their mistake. My 2 cents
