how much would it cost if see the doctor with out Health card?

My mom has been visiting me for a year and half. She is planning to go back to China in the beginning of this December. But she has been having this dry coughing for more than a week, just dry and itchy throat, nothing else, coughing is getting worse during the nights. I want to take her to see the doctor, would like to know how much it would cost so that i can prepare first.

如果看不出炎症的话，也许是冬天屋里太干了，买个humidifier 喷些湿气会缓解。
