有谁拿到REBATE退款了？

去年BOXING DAY时，很多人买了FUTURESHOP 有MAIL IN REBATE的，有谁拿到REBATE退款。我怎么没有拿到？

There is a 1-800 number in the receipt, which you should call (I bought the CDR with mail-in rebate).

The rebate is from the manufacture, and I thnk it is a kind of scam. They wish you will forget. That's why they make the waiting period very very long. When I called them in March, I was told it was still in processing, and it would take another 3 weeks. I called in April again, and I was told they are going to send out the next day.

Now, I got the cheque (just got it yesterday), after long waiting period and several unanswered/answered calls.

Don't give up, and keep calling them every few days.

不要着急，一般都会收到的，但要很长时间。我的所有rebate都收回来了。

you need go to their website and check your rebate status, if you are not find, you need immediately contact with them. I just got the rebate, after I contact with them and send my receipt copy to them it will spent two weeks or more. good luck.

I got this rebate finally. I bought at Dec 26, 2002. 4.5 months to get back.

I am wondering why they manufacture lower their price directly, that will:
1) Reduce our gst/pst.
2) Simply their rebate work.

Anyone can answer?
