女友在美国读书 我在加国读书。
女友每次来都要签证， 签证只给一次entry的， 怎么办多次entry？

PS。 multiple entry 是只可以从不同国家来和去。

I don't think there is a separate form for mutilple entry visa application.

It might be an option within the form.

That Multiple Entry doesn't mean multiple times entry.

Only means ppl come from/go back to any other countries.

Cause my GF already had a multiple entry visa, when she asked the officer at the border, the officer explain that to her, then ask her to get another visa next time.

There is something called expiry date.

It's ture. The officer at the border even use his pen write a huge X on the visa... although it's a "multiple visa" valid until April 2012....
