May I ask what kind of car is that. For the front control arm, it's depend on vehicle. The second one is rear stabilizer links that stabilize your vehicle when turning. It could make squeaking or knocking noise when over the bump or turning. As Depon said, the third one is rear brake system. Without look at your vehicle, if the dealer say the front control arm has problem, most likely is safety issue that you should take care of. For the rear stabilizer links, its not a must to do it, unless it's completely broken or not attach anymore. It still work but just making noise over time. The third issue, again without look at your vehicle, if they say it needs brake replacement n you better off to do it. If you want, you can drop by my shop n have a check........ Forgot to answer you... The control arm n the links are so moveable joints that pack with grease. Over the year, the grease been dry out or worn out. Then it needs replacement. Rear brake shoes is normal wear, if it's finish it's finish.
