去签中国签证,按签证中心网页要求准备好材料,没想到被拒了.大家看看看这些要求合理吗?
要我提供旧的加拿大护照,我说现在的加拿大护照上已经有去年的中国签证,按网上要求,应该不需要提供旧的护照.回答:这是大使馆的新的要求,凡是2014年以后的护照不管有没有中国签证,都要提供旧的护照.所以我现在口头告诉你.
老公的新旧护照之间差了6个月,我提交了新的和旧的护照.被告知,还要提供一份声明,为什么会有6个月的间隔,这6个月去过那些国家做过哪些事情.护照renew的话,一年之内都可以renew. 换加国护照的时候,都不用写理由.却要给中国大使馆写,奇怪.护照已经过期了,还能去哪个国家?问为什么网上没有这些要求,答,这些都在网上.我回来后再网上找阿找阿,还是没找到.恳请大家帮我一起找找这些要求在哪?麻烦给我一个连接.
小孩的签证,要我提交父母双方的ID复印件,我说我们俩的护照不都在你们手上嘛,说不行,要drive license的复印件.网上哪有这一条啊.小孩出生的时候,我们都是加籍了.这下面一条不适用阿.
(5) A child of Chinese origin, born in Canada or other foreign country, applying for a Chinese visa for the first time is required to provide: 1. Birth certificate (long form which states parents' names. original and photocopy). 2. Both his or her parents' citizenship / immigration status. For example, passports (original or photocopy) and permanent residence cards / landing Papers (original or photocopy).
* Here we need the documents of citizenship / immigration status which the parents had when the child was born, and we need the recent valid photo ID of the parents.
* If a child of Chinese origin obtained a Chinese visa before, he or she does not need the above but instead should present the Chinese visa records (original and photocopy) and the data page of the passport.
* A child born in China, whose parents are both Chinese or one of the parents is Chinese when the child was born, has Chinese nationality, shall apply for a Chinese Travel Document at the Chinese Embassy.
