汽油价高跟碳税有关。现在是安省收的，福娃上台后会取消碳税，但土豆说了，对没有碳税的省，他要直接收碳税。所以要打倒妖婆+土豆没毛病！

ottawa 87.9 , 现在平均油价是135.8左右， 那么政府税收是48左右...如果按照安省13%税收来看，多出来的就是36左右，可能里面还有其他税收，carbon tax肯定不是4-5cent那么少。

Gasoline, home heating costs rise in Ontario on Jan. 1
People across Ontario will be paying more to fill up their cars and heat their homes starting Jan. 1, when the Liberal government's new cap-and-trade plan takes effect.
Province projects cap-and-trade will push gas up 4.3 cents per litre, home heating up $5 per month

碳税是按排放的二氧化碳来征的，只要汽油产生的二氧化碳不变，碳税也不会变，和汽油价格无关

B.C. currently also has a $35-a-tonne carbon tax in place, which works out to about eight cents a litre. Premier John Horgan’s NDP government, following Ottawa’s plan, will raise the carbon tax to $50 a tonne, about 11 cents a litre, by 2021.
