跟ACANAC的合同完,然后看到Bell有promotion,就ordered....一个technician安装完,然后再来一个,我就告诉他说,已经安装了。
之后,我就收到2张账单,然后打了很久电话才取消。。。我同时告诉他们,我没有收到多余的modem,只有一个。
但,今天我刚收到邮件,要我邮回另外一个modem!!!!
MD,我到底要打多少电话给bell,才能straightening out their gross stupidity and errors?

and I just read the cbc news before I received this outrage mail, CRTC just gives Bell greenlight to charge customers whatever they want.
