举个我熟悉的吧:FB8 是manager级别,和CS05的工资几乎一样。一般到Director级别的应该是另列的。
不过,有的做技术的可以一直涨上去,但级别不升。CS05拿到12w要在这个级别呆8年吧。
the salary increase does not depends on each individual's performance? Sounds like it depends on how many years you worked, not how good you are at your work?
BTW, anyone heard of market allowance? Is it different for different departments or it's variant, depends on the personal's skill set and the market?
