他就想close deal然后拿钱拍拍屁股走人,1,2千的工钱不值得在你这里耗那么久的时间。
 
我看大伙还是替楼主搜集一下律师的信息吧。要诉讼律师,不是那种办法律手续的“法匠”。
 
我觉得还是联系CTV Ottawa,CBC Ottawa,还有Ottawa Citizen,如果有了媒体的介入,我觉得开发商会找你商量的。不过找了媒体也可能会有反面效果,就是事情会进一步的公开化,所以楼主要自己心里有个处理的底线。

我觉得楼主如果上法庭,赢的把握很大。白纸黑字啊。但一定先咨询一下律师。我赞成媒体曝光,要不然builder认为它跟一个人作战,牛的很。

who is the highest level of manager you are dealing with? do you have name and phone number email that you can share with people here? future potential home purchaser may want to call him/her to express concerns if they buy home from this builder. if the builder get a few hundred phone calls regarding to this case, things may change towards a good direction.
 
Do you think we should close then go to court? Write the conditional then move in
 
开发商if 同意赔1万+再盖一个new one in 10 months....it may acceptable.
