7.3 Project Phasing
As outlined in the Transportation Impact Study prepared by Delcan (December 21, 2011),
development of the proposed retail, restaurant, hotel, and office/industrial park uses is
expected to occur in three (3) phases over the period from 2015 to 2024.
Phase 1, to be completed by 2015, consists of the 200-room hotel, four (4) 2,230
m2 (24,000 ft2) restaurants, and the 31,587 m2 (340,000 ft2) retail outlet mall.
Approximately 46,452 m2 (500,000 ft2) of office/industrial park space is planned
for Phase 2 (2019).
Full build-out of the development (Phase 3), which includes an additional 46,452
m2 (500,000 ft2) of office/industrial park space, is planned to be completed by
2024.
