一年一张绝对没影响。insurance will cover the cancel fee up to the full value of the trip if you can provide valid reason that you can not go, such as family mumber's illness or cannot connect to flight because of the weather, etc. You can not say that you just do not want to go.

昨天看新闻，多伦多那里一个学校换了一个开关，只是开关不用布任何的线，结果电工收费块要3000块！说是工会议定的人工费！就这，那个学校还交了，反正纳税人的钱，学校不在乎。直到有人发现，才报道出来。
