由于我的过错，二楼洗手间的水水漫金山，漏到一楼了，天花板完蛋了。筒子们来看看，能自己搞定还是请人修。墙面的漆我知道怎么办。谢谢先!!!

筒子们先别顾着耍嘴皮子啊，给点建设性的意见。我是比较handy的女人，还有个小工可以用。如果自己修不了，有没有人可以推荐。 村长大人， 我知道要先晾干。

先把那层皮割掉。

其实应该把那部分drywall全部去掉，dry it up，防止mold。然后上新drywall，请人喷stucco。paint。自己做popcorn ceiling不容易match其他部分。

Before I moved to Ottawa, I had no idea that Ottawa contractors will leave 4" smooth edge for popcorn ceiling. Why they have the smooth edge? for future potential molding?

looks better if you install crown molding if you have smooth edge, my guess.

拿刀割吧，把天花板割开，割的面积大点，割到里面的strips中间线为界. 墙上damped的drywall也要割掉。

然后修上面漏水的地方，caulking 或者seal. 干燥后先检查还漏不漏，再上drywall.

最后是上popcorn, popcorn在刚上的时候会比旁边的看起来高一些，等干燥后会变小。最后刷漆，刷漆可以考虑把这个ceiling全刷一遍，颜色统一。
