买新房，大家买新房都做了什么UPGRADES？

刚签了新房APS，第一次买新房，都不知道什么是值得花钱让BUILDER做UPGRADES。:blowzy:

没经验呀，感觉像盲头苍蝇。好烦恼呀~~

所以想问问大家新房都做了什么UPGRADES？

除了之前大风的帖里说到的实木楼梯，
我自己觉得橱柜也值得升级，

那么地毯呢？还有别的吗？

check your builder's spec first. they should state what kind of material they will use for your house.
when you visit their model home, please ask the sales for a upgrade list for the model home, so you will know what they had done for their own model home to make it more attractive to you

在这里和Buildinghomes搜索一下，有很多帖子谈论这些。

不同Builder 升级的价格很不同，一般升级橱柜挺贵的，当然也看具体升级项目。我的Builder给出很详细的橱柜价格表。
