I want to use it for my next basement project, just want to make sure.
My former co-worker also used this, but he did the framing before put down the platon and OSB. As you said, it needed a lot more cuts.

I am afraid that platon may have too much giving to support wall frame.

我认为platon支撑墙体完全没有问题，因为一面墙作用在platon上的压强应该比人站在上面要小多了，而且这个压强也通过上面的osb分散了。

仔细想想，Woodlover先铺subfloor然后做frame确实是一个比较聪明的做法，极大降低了工作量和难度。

根据这个思路，我又做了一个快速研究，发现这居然是推荐做法，这下没有网名应该放心了。

另外，如下截图，厂家没有推荐在platon + osb上铺tiles。我想这可能有些别的考虑。如果slab基本水平，应该还是可以的。谢谢woodlover分享这些经验。

Thanks my basement project will start from platon &OSB now. I think that thing is very expensive, 2'x2' is over $7+tax

don't buy those pre-made 2x2s. buy platon sheets, and OSM 4x8 sheets.

For a average size basement, 800 sqf
Materials required:
1. 5/8 4x8 Oriented Strand Board Tongue and Groove 19/32 $11.29/sheet X25 sheets =$282.25
2. Platon Membrane 6 foot - 6 inch X 65.6 foot Roll $129/roll X 2 folls = $258
3. Tapcon concrete Screw $50 (around)

Total: $ 590 (before Tax)

我是把淋浴的位置先用2X4 (treated）围起来，subfloor不做进去，马桶底下subfloor照做（留下水孔）。 不知讲清楚没有？

哦清楚。。谢谢。。。现在先在做些技术储备，一是布局安排，二是材料预算，三是备料。。等打折的时候先把几块比较费钱的料备了。。（POT LIGHT上周打折扣备了些，电线备了１５０米，发现电上的小东西很贵）.现在因为才住了一年，还有一年时间准备地下室的东西。。今年夏天还是室外工程。。拼的还是体力啊。。

好奇一问，你的potlight用的是什么接口的灯？
我比较喜欢PAR38的灯，因为大，结果被别人批评为老土:blowzy:
