2 way of doing this.

1) The tough way, give him 1 week to move out, if he doesn't, hire some people to dump all his stuff on the side walk. wait for him to file against you, 90% of the time they won't, 10% of the time they do, then you have your room rented and deal with the process.
it's the most cost effective way.

2) Go to Landlord tenant board and evict him the normal way, takes 2 month a few hundred dollars.
