文学城“投资理财”上有人说买的凤凰城白菜房，银行割肉出来的，10万以下买的，现在12万有人bid，大致这种水平。

I bought a house $70k in Florida on Jan, 2011. I rented to someone and I got the rent 900 each month, but I have earned any money. I changed the roof, air condiation ..., I paid $3000 for the prepoty tax for 2011.
I have a friend who hlep me to take care.
I suggest people who wants to buy the house in Florida. if you have extral money you can buy it for your retirement. it is ok. if you want to earn money for short time, you will loss money.

$70K的房子一年3000地税不可能吧？ 这税率得多高啊。德州的地税算是最高的了，也就3%而已。德州地税高是因为没有州税。
