There is a subtle difference between "do you" and "are you". Both are correct. Using "are you" is to convey the idea that phone use may change quite constantly ... There is an implication that the user may change phone tomorrow ...

Nuances in any languages ...

Hm.... In an exam, sure ... By the way, taking TOEFL, GRE, GMAT etc before ? What are your scores ?

By the way, did you/have you ever take/taken ....? What were your scores?

i believe lazycat's "are you using" is not wrong, at least in informal use; but i may be wrong.

According to LS, it should be "I love the burger". It can't be "am loving". Also, "it" refers to ambiguous object ...

I'm Lovin' It"

lazycat has already answered your question. you may use both, but there is slight difference. you may ask a native canadian tomorrow and please let us know about your finding.

The best way to figure out nuances of a language is to check with native speakers...

You can still say "What cars are you driving ?". People will think you refer to the car that they are driving at this instance ...

If one changes cars constantly, then it conveys a slightly different meaning ...

Google. :p:D:D:D

That Don't Impress Me Much"歌儿吗?
