政府工HR电话面试

有大侠能给说说吗， 会问些设么？说只需20分钟。会是Behaviour question 吗? 想来HR大概是只能问些泛泛的question, 不太可能问technical question吧。

实话实说，每个问题都真诚回答，尽量给出有关的正面的详细信息。目的是让她了解你，了解你对这个职位有多合适，有多热情，你有多flexible来配合。然后，你就听天由命啦，谋事在人，成事在天。眼光看下一个去。

俗话说不打无准备的战。一定要好好准备，对待电话面试，准备工作甚至要多于面对面的面试。泛泛的问题要准备好，技术性问题更要准备好

如果面试的只是HR，不会涉及到太多技术性的问题、。但是如果有招你人的部门的人参与，就不排除这个可能了。

个人经验，政府面试，技术上不要表现太强，太自信。而是要多砍些轻松的话题，开开玩笑。

Phone interview usually ask some behavioral questions like short term and long term goal; team work question; or leadership questions.

Be sure to answer in logical order. Use structure when, where, who, what, steps, result to prepare answers.

仔细看看招聘广告上的要求，对所有没考过的知识点都准备一下。其实你可以问问对方将会evaluate which criteria，一般都会告诉你的，这样范围就缩小很多了。Good luck!
