I don't understand why they put front as 40.1'. Based on the site map, it is less than 27'...maybe they include the curve length?.....

同意! 这家做了很多structural changes, 屋里屋外也花了不少精力, 价钱是合理的.

花大价钱装修一般都卖不出来, 因为你喜欢的装修风格下一家不一定喜欢。最明显的例子是游泳池。 花5,6万装一个, 可能卖的时候赔掉游泳池的钱还要再减一两万才有人买。
 
他那个窗下面如果用砖全包起来,应该更好看吧?

所有你看到中国人住的房子装修都一样,太算计了。你喜欢游泳池就装,不喜欢就不装,买房子的目的是算计着卖的更贵的话,这种思维做建筑商更合适一些。
