I don't have much accent in English. Just is a fast speaker.
Also, I'm a girl, long hair, how should I deal with hair? Shall I wear make up or not?
Sorry too many questions.:blowzy:
We all have accent!
In US, they have Texan and New Yorker accents. If you listen to Prince William, he has British accent, Football player David Beckham has Yorkshire accent (he was raised in Manchester).
And that is not important. My co-workers have many different accents, Indian, Singaporean, Australian, ...
Most important of all, is the content.
Listen to the question carefully, if you are not sure, you can ask them to clarify the question. They want to know your communicative skills. Be
precise and concise when you answer their questons. If you want your interviewers to understand your answer then don't RUSH.
Usually an interview lasts for 45 minutes, and usually there are at least two interviewers (sometimes three). Probably you will be asked 15 questions, and those questions cover a lot of areas, like subject matter, how you handle and resolve problems, are you a team player, those are typical questions during interview.
I was told by my recruiter later that two ethnic Chinese were having the highest marks during interview (one from China, one from Hong Kong), and many young Caucasian graduates were panic during interview and failed to answer questions clearly.
As for your hair, tie it up, I think.
Good luck!
