English is not my major problem, that's why atitude become a big issue for me.

BTW, I would point out that attitude =\= personality. An attitude refers an expression of favor or disfavor toward a person, place, thing, or event while personality is the particular combination of emotional, attitudinal, and behavioral response patterns of an individual, which is formed and developped in a long long process, say your whole life time.
If I were you, I would've asked the qoestion like how I should communicate with interviewers. Let me throw in 2 cents if you don't mind. To communicate well, 1. listen to interviewer(s) carefully by paying full attention. Use your body language; 2. answer directly, be honest. Definitely you have to show your confidence, but not cocky. How would a boss hire a preson who has no confidence of being competent? 3. ask questions you don't know, but no stupid question.
