问2013年地税问题

收到2013 年BILL，上面说DUE DATE 是MAR21， 请问要pay 的钱就是从1月1号到 三月21 的地税么。然后3月21后，在你给另一个BILL么，到底一年有几次账单呢

一年2次，不是什么绝对的区间，就是第一份（人家叫INTERIM）、第二份（人家叫FINAL）的意思。

第二份实际是全年的，但会减去第一份的金额，告诉你这份该付的实际金额；这份BILL应该在5月份出，。
