CIC是很过分，谁家UTILITY BILLS 留5年呀，不过楼主能带的尽量带，实在没有到时候去解释下，看你运气了，CIC那边碰到NICE的OFFICER还是讲道理的。碰到难缠的就麻烦了。

All your passports(current and expired) covering the last five years;
Record of Landing(IMM 1000);
Complete list of addresses for the past five years;
Notice of Assessment issued by Revenue Canada for the past 5 years;
Utility/phone/cable/cell phone bills for the past 5 years;
Canadian driver's licence and/or health card;
Proof that you have been living in Canada for the past 5 years;（这是什么呀？）
Any other submissions or information you would like to have considered
