美国电话卡，银行账户问题

要去美国呆俩星期，要打少量的电话， 上大量的网络， 又不想让 万恶的 Rogers 坑我的钱，奈何？
没有美金信用卡，不想带大量的现金， 账户里又有大量的美金 舍不得被人转成加币，再转成美金， 奈何？
以上两个问题，有什么好办法解决呢？

Once you are in US, open a T-Mobile account (get a SIM card to put in your phone, minimum top-up is $10). Setup as pay-per-day plan. I used $3/day with unlimited US call, US text, and data.
On the day you come back, switch it (online) to pay-per-minute and you don't pay a cent as long as you turn it off (I just took out the SIM card).
Do the same the next time you go to US. But be aware that unused balance will expire 3-month after the last time you use or top-up. Top-up (online) another $10 would extend it by 3 month.
