I did google the company and it is a pretty good landscape company in Ottawa called Thunderbolt Contracting. He provided a letter from VP and mentioned his salary. he is a project manager there.

这个landscape company就一个皮包公司，如果真是一个有reputation的公司，为何网站上连个办公地址都没有，就列了个一个P.O. Box，10块钱任何人邮局都可以租一个
一般这种公司就一个owner，老婆管账收钱, 你还指望他能专门聘个VP。。我怀疑网站上的employee list都是虚构的，我见过这样造假的
真是服了楼主你了，找租客容易，送神难，又不是世界上就只有这一个人租房子，等等吧，最多损失1个月租金，要是找到坏租客，至少半年的租金收不到还有搭上打官司的时间和精力
