如果只是ISP的name server出了问题，可以在Router上设置Static DNS:

• 208.67.222.222
• 208.67.220.220

这两个是OpenDNS IP Addresses

•Several of our 10Gig Links are down & may cause issue with your Cable internet service.

*********UPDATE**********
Here's the latest update as of 1h30PM

There is a currently a fiber cut between Markham and York Mills This has caused the entire Ottawa Richmond POI & Fallowfield POI to go down as well as causing mostly no connectivity on our aggregated TPIA links. We are currently working on getting these re-routed.

There is no ETR at this time. Rogers has a tech on their way to the site.

The aggregate customers will slowly stabilize as Rogers is working to re-route some of the traffic.
Estimated repair time for the fiber cut is 6 hours from now. That is a rough estimate.
