Since 老人院 is mostly subsibized by government for eligible elderlies, so a lot of banks or government agents are willing to fund these types of project.
It's a matter whether we can find the right management to start.

加拿大的企业文化是small business。 在加拿大做self employed还是比较容易的。 这里有2点：1.把个人专长发展到极致，或者发展新的专长到极致。 2. 最大的挑战当然是：自己。
做的好的话，花10多年得到自立多好，还有40年的时间做更有意义的事情。 给人打工就是现代版的奴隶，经常被人使唤。
