吃比较干硬的pizza时,上面浇一点儿加调料的橄榄油,味道立刻好很多。
没去过意大利和希腊, 但都是从这两个族裔知道的这种吃法。 在北美的意餐都在餐前上份面包,到点绿油蘸着吃。byward market 有一家也是,有位特慈祥的给我面包后,还教我怎么吃。 当时有点恼火但还是由衷地感谢。。。。然而,刚查了下网,这方法并非,,,,众说纷纭。 但,好吃是正理!!!
