吃比较干硬的pizza时，上面浇一点儿加调料的橄榄油，味道立刻好很多。

没去过意大利和希腊， 但都是从这两个族裔知道的这种吃法。 在北美的意餐都在餐前上份面包，到点绿油蘸着吃。byward market 有一家也是，有位特慈祥的给我面包后，还教我怎么吃。 当时有点恼火但还是由衷地感谢。。。。然而，刚查了下网，这方法并非，，，，众说纷纭。 但，好吃是正理！！！
