兄弟的报警说明：兄弟到现在还遗惊未消！接收到昨天的电子邮件后，兄弟刚开始有点怕，后来更怕，一个晚上都没有睡好。今天越想越怕，感觉事态极端严重才报警寻求警方的安全保护的。募捐事件的举报是接报警官在调查威胁原因后向兄弟提出的。根据接报警官的个人信息，警局已经接获很多举报，但因为是分散的，警局在兄弟举报前没有立案，所以不能给举报者发出案例号码，但举报人可以打电话去警局跟进了解举报进程。接获兄弟的举报后，Fraud部门主管确定立案调查，发出了案例号码。所以，敬请接下来举报的捐款受害者指出已经立案的案例号码，减轻警局收集处理汇总资料进行调查等的工作量。

5) The donation drive was nationalized. Organizers have the responsibility to tell the truth to the national public. My personal meeting with you won't do any good in that regards.

As such, if the above sitution happened to you, I would stand for your family as well. Canadians deserve to know the truth! Why don't the donation organizers go to the national media to tell the truth behind the entire fundraising process? Who did what? Canada is a country ruled by laws. Everybody's public conduct is held accountable by laws. If nobody did anything wrong, please kindly tell me why not go to the national media by which the orgaizers launched the national donation campaign?

讲句感想，受难者家属在一票人马忽悠加绑架下，得到了什么？
钱，钱没得到什么，名声还搞坏了。要是4月22日公告后就发邮件，那家属名誉上会很好，拖了两周，有人5月2号上周五报警了，这边5月5日周一早晨宣布发邮件退捐，这个巧合实在不那么好看。
要我讲，真心帮家属的就不要故意在这里搓火了，逼着别人面子上不好看，只好坚持走法律途径，是捐委会想要的？是CFC想要的？是卜家想要的？还是你几位想看热闹想要的？
卜家什么都没得到，他们会想要官府调查取证吗？烦也烦死了，图什么？就图给你们看热闹？所以，大家都消停吧，息事宁人，低调结束，正能量收官。你们不怕事情闹大，可以另外划个场子干，不要刺激别人，也不要绑架家属了。
