用过，还行。。。就是急性子不一定喜欢，烧饭时间比较长，即使选择quick 也要四五十分钟，菜炒好了饭还没好，急人！
正常煮两小杯brown rice 要一个半小时。。。

HTC-10/18的锅是不锈钢的。不过内盆加了涂层，避免沾锅。

除非是用做外科手术器具级别的高级不锈钢制作的锅，通常的不锈钢的锅对健康不好。

不锈钢的内胆表面处理采用的是： platinum infused nonstick inner cooking pan
不太清楚这个“注入铂不粘内锅”（ platinum infused nonstick inner cooking pan） 是什么意思。顾名思义，注入（infused）技术应该比普通的涂覆技术更牢固不宜脱落吧？

“目前国内的不粘锅制造技术尚处于落后，有的不沾效果差，而且不沾涂层在长时间使用后容易脱落。目前美国一些锅具品牌采用深化硬覆式技术来制造不粘锅，是在锅的表层和里层都注入了含不沾成份的聚合物，不同于其它不沾锅只是在锅的底部涂有不沾涂层，而这种聚合物实际上与锅的表面溶于一体，深入金属孔隙，经久耐用。” http://zhishi.maigoo.com/35753.html

至于为什么注入铂而不是其他东西， 广告说“注入铂不粘内锅做饭改变了水的质量，让米饭很容易吸收水分更好的品尝大米。” 但铂比黄金还贵，估计用量也是极小，只是为使米饭口味更好。把电饭锅做到如此地步，也就是日本人。

一般来说，做米饭的锅，内胆工作温度都在100摄氏度以下，温度低，涂层比炒菜锅要安全的多。

挺好的，个人很满意
虽然煮饭时间会比其他的长，但是长时间保温或者刚煮出来的米粒都相对湿度更合适，而且整体米饭温度控制的很好
