in Camp MacLeod programs for future promotional materials.

(The Event) on ________________________, 20 ___, I agree and acknowledge that:
1. __________________________ (my Child) has met all of the prerequisites required for participation in The Event.
2. My Child will abide by the rules and regulations imposed on the participants in the Event .
3. There are risks and hazards inherent in the very nature of The Event and that as a result of these risks and hazards, my Child, may suffer personal injury, even death, as well as property loss. I nevertheless freely and voluntarily assume the aforementioned risks and hazards and accordingly my Child’s participation in The Event shall be entirely at my own risk.
4. I waive any claim I may have against The City arising from my Child’s participation in The Event and agree to indemnify and hold harmless The City for any claim, including any claim for medical services arising from my Child’s participation in The Event.
5. The City may secure such medical advice and services as it, in its sole discretion, may deem necessary for my health and safety and I shall be financially responsible for such advice and services.

Camp is in Toronto, Chinese orgnaizer and I believe most kids are chinese too. The most unacceptable thing is they called the parent 3 hours later after the accident, when the parent got to the office, they told the parent it was ok, just a small scratch on the skin, no worries, would be fine. They put on a bandage on injured kids head. It was actually a dent/whole with scratch on the head when got checked in ER.
