Looking for a LED TV technician

My 2 years old 60" Samsung LED TV just dead. The two years warranty just passes 2 months ago. very bad timing.
Can anyone recommend a technician?
My TV has a blank screen. There is no picture and no sound, no menu. nothing works.
I opened the back cover, and saw white light through a few holes where.
I've searched the internet, some people recommend to replace the mother board which costs about $60-80 online. not sure that will work.

最大原因是mother board上的电容坏了，电容坏了较容易识别，顶部裂开（见图）。我家电视机（LG，60”）也有类似问题，发现有四个电容顶部裂开，化几块钱买几个新的换上就好了。
我建议你打开后盖，仔细观察有无坏的电容，如确定有，订购motherboard，换上。如买不到motherboard，也只能换电容。
