uber 只是个应用软件系统，提供打车服务平台，不负责车的保养，不负责司机考量，不负责车保险。。。总之，没有专业机构监督车，人，险，缺少政府监督。。。就是个便宜无敌手。

Hi everyone,
Does anybody know which insurance company will provide insurance for ride-sharing purposes in Canada? I know metromile has a product for U.S. Drivers. I have tried to ask uber about what to do in the event of an accident and they say that we have to claim it with our auto insurance policy. The problem is that my insurance company will terminate my policy as soon as they learn that I drive for uber. Thanks.

We are all in the same boat with insurance up here. The choice is to hide it or wait till a legal option becomes available.

Based on what I have researched no one offers insurance that will cover Uber.

You can trust Uber has that part covered on their 5 million dollar policy but in the end you will be canceled on insurance and have a hard time finding other insurance for any car.

I have told my insurer that I car pool for money and that I drive to work and back as part of my driving habits. I hope that this will be enough disclosure to cover my rideshare activities since I do pickups while traveling to and from work.

Best way to help the situation is to contact the FCAC and tell them you want to see new products on Rideshare insurance.

在加拿大，uber 就是让司机自己找保险公司，保险公司帮你包吗/

I have tried to ask uber about what to do in the event of an accident and they say that we have to claim it with our auto insurance policy. The problem is that my insurance company will terminate my policy as soon as they learn that I drive for uber.


所以，还是不要随便拍脑子相信什么风投公司价值，再大的价值也没你自己生命风险重要。。。或者这样吧，上车前问一下司机是否有uber保险

如果讲规定，话扯远点，中国的规定少吗？
没有监督的规定，或者讲自己监督自己的规定，等于没有规定。
这一点我党最擅长了

而且鬼知道他们昨晚是不是通宵party了，或者大妈出门前刚和大叔吵翻了天？

出租车公司对车辆是有硬性规定的.

出租车公司不但有硬性规定，还有行业监督，City监督。。。所以要交钱吗嘛，要买商业保险，所以贵嘛
反正，没有便宜又好的事情
